Hello, and thank you for booking online! I see both insured and private pay clients. I am in network with MODA and BCBS/Regence. I also accept Motor Vehicle Accident claims. PROVIDENCE CLIENTS: Due to an abrupt change in Providence policy regarding massage coverage, I am unable to accept new Providence clients at this time, or continue care for returning Providence clients who have not yet seen me in the current calendar year 2025. Please contact me if you have questions regarding Providence’s decision and the effect it has on providers and your care.

New private pay clients: an intake form will automatically be emailed to you once your booking is complete. Please fill this out prior to your first appointment.

New insured clients:. Please select “Medical Massage” if you are planning on utilizing your insurance. An intake form will be emailed to you with fields for your insurance information. Submitting clear photos of your insurance card is very helpful and appreciated. NOTE: Prior-authorization, “medically necessary service” forms, etc, are increasingly being implemented in massage plans. Submitting a completed intake form promptly allows time to comply with additional insurance requirements to ensure your appointment will be covered.

Hollie Hefferman began studying Tuina and cranial sacral therapy in 2009, alongside her practice of internal martial arts. Using a unique blend of Tuina and Northern Thai massage techniques, combined with cranial sacral therapy, deep tissue work, cupping, and gua sha, Hollie focuses on separating muscle groups from each other and their corresponding bony structures. Therapeutic techniques are also used on the spinal column and other major joints to help alleviate pain and promote greater ease of mobility. Additionally, stretching or exercise may be included to encourage increased range of motion and muscle realignment.
